I currently have a clinic space in Howick, but for your convenience I also have online consultations available via Skype.  

Please note, for Skype consultations, payment is required prior to the meeting.

Initial consultation :

Naturopathy treats each person as an individual and as such the first consultation is longer than a normal doctor’s visit as the whole person is taken into account. This will include a full case discussion, a medical history, nutrition breakdown, family history and each body system is examined one by one.

Health plan :

A holistic treatment plan is designed and presented about a week after our initial consultation.  The plan will include dietary recommendations and lifestyle modifications (exercise, sleep and relaxation practices). Herbal and nutritional supplements may also be prescribed. You are encouraged to be an active participant in the process and information will be given for you to manage and better understand your health condition.

Follow up's :

Follow up consultations range from 30 to 60 minutes. This includes a review of current treatment and continued education and support.

Initial consultation, 90 minutes : $100

Health plan, 30 minutes : $25

Follow up, 30 minutes + : from $30

What to bring to a Consultation?

Please bring along any medications or supplements that you are currently taking along with a copy any recent medical tests such as blood tests.
